Getting Started

What if the page won't load or seems broken?
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a private/incognito window. Make sure JavaScript is enabled. If problems persist, try a different browser or device.
The timer shows negative time or wrong countdown
This can happen if your computer's clock is incorrect or if you've left the page open for an extended time. Click "Get New" to generate a fresh address with a proper timer.
Copy button doesn't work
Some browsers block clipboard access. You can manually select and copy the email address text. On mobile, try long-pressing the address to select it.
Messages not refreshing automatically
Messages should appear automatically every few seconds. If not, try refreshing the page manually. Check your internet connection and ensure JavaScript is enabled.
